These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and digi999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the online gaming and sports betting services available at digi999.cam (the "Website") and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By registering an account, accessing the Website, or making use of any service offered by digi999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the digi999 platform. Continued use of the Website following any update to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by Player on the digi999 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, referal reward, or other incentive offered by digi999 to Players under specific promotional terms.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money funds from a Player into their digi999 Account via any of the supported payment methods.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slot machine, table game, or sports betting market made available on the digi999 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "Platform" means the digi999 website, mobile interface, software, and all associated services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any resulting winings may be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a Player's Account to their nominated payment method.

To register and maintain an Account with digi999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. digi999 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players and gambling activities on this platform.
• You must be a natural person of full legal capacity and competence to enter into binding agreements.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of digi999, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not currently be under a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order with digi999 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not have had a previous Account with digi999 that was suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms.

Each Player may register and maintain onlyone Account. Creating duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

When registering an Account with digi999, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and update this information as necessary to ensure it remains accurate.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. digi999 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify digi999 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

digi999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you have reported a security breach to us and we have taken corrective action.

KYC Verification

Prior to processing a withdrawal request, digi999 reserves the right to require you to complete a KYC verification process. This may include submission of a copy of your Malaysian MyKad or passport, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of your withdrawal request.

Deposits

digi999 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in USDT TRC20. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50, unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise. digi999 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. digi999 accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible ("same-source rule").
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.

Estimated processing times: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) typically complete within 5minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are indicative estimates only and may be affected by banking system maintenance or high-volume periods.

digi999 may from time to time offer Bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and other promotional incentives. Each Bonus is subject to its own specific promotional terms and conditions, which shall be communicated to Players at the time of the offer.

General Bonus Rules

• All Bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement unless expressly stated otherwise. The specific rollover multiplier will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Players found to be exploiting bonus structures through arbitrage, systematic low-risk play, or other abuse strategies may have their bonuses cancelled and accounts reviewed.
• digi999 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus at any time without prior notice, save that any Bonus already accepted and in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• Birthday Bonus tiers (Bronze MYR 188 / Silver MYR 388 / Gold MYR 888/ VIP MYR 2,688) are credited based on VIP tier status assessed from the prior three months' play activity. Bonus is credited within 24 hours of the player's registered birthday.
• Referral Rewards of MYR 38 per successful referral are credited upon the referred player completing their first qualifying deposit. "Successful referal" requires the referred player to register using your unique referral code, complete KYC verification, and make a minimum qualifying deposit.

All Games available on the digi999 platform operate in accordance with published rules specific to each game type. By placing a bet or participating in any Game, you agree to the applicable game rules as displayed within the platform interface.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not permitted except where explicitly allowed by specific game rules (e.g., pre-match sports betting cancellations under defined conditions).
• In the event of a technical malfunction or interruption during a game round, the outcome of any affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. digi999 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from a technical interruption.
• Live Casino games are operated by third-party game studios. Their published RTP (Return to Player) rates and game rules govern those titles, and digi999 does not modify RTP parameters.
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to the sport and competition. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, digi999's decision is final after review.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all Games and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts at digi999's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the digi999 platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referal to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play Games or exploit odds markets.
• Coluding with other Players, including in live poker or multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error must be reported immediately; failure to do so will result in forfeiture.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Abusing customer support staff. digi999 maintains a zero-tolerance policy on harassment of its employees and agents.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a set duration.

All content available on the digi999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of digi999 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without our prior written consent.

The digi999 name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary identifiers of the platform. Unauthorised use of these identifiers in any manner is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, digi999 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the digi999 platform.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the platform's operation.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Losses arising from gambling outcomes, which are inherently subject to chance.
• Delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals due to circumstances beyond our control, including third-party payment processor issues or banking system downtime.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit digi999's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or harmful components.

digi999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period.
• Provision of false or inaccurate registration information.
• Conduct likely to damage the reputation or integrity of the digi999 platform.

Upon termination of your Account, any remaining genuine real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following successful completion of any outstanding KYC requirements, subject to our right to offset any amounts owed by you to digi999.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting digi999 support via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

digi999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Website or communicating the change via your registered email address.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the digi999 platform after the effective date of any amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which digi999 is licensed to operate.

You agree that any dispute arising from your use of the digi999 platform shall first be submitted to digi999's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. We commit to responding to all formal disputes within 10 business days and to working in good faith towards a mutually acceptable resolution.

Nothing in this clause shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction, where those rights cannot be waived by contract.
